📜 Master Prompt — Return & Refund Policy

At Master Prompt, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. Since our product is a custom digital service (your Master Prompt is created specifically for you), our return and refund policy is a little different from physical goods.

🔹 No Returns on Delivered Digital Products

Because each Master Prompt is a unique, customized digital product, we do not accept returns once the prompt has been delivered.

🔹 Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds in the following situations only:

  • Duplicate purchase: If you were accidentally charged more than once for the same order.
  • Non-delivery: If, due to a technical issue, you do not receive your Master Prompt within a reasonable timeframe (and our support team cannot resolve it).
  • System error: If a clear error occurs on our end that prevents us from delivering your product.

🔹 Quality Concerns

If you are not satisfied with your Master Prompt, please contact us at mgmt@master-prompt.io within 7 days of delivery. While refunds are not guaranteed in these cases, we are committed to working with you to adjust, improve, or re-deliver your prompt so it meets your expectations.

🔹 Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
